At Dreams Founder, we are committed to providing quality education and training. We understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued for our courses and programs.
1. General Policy
All course fees are non-refundable once the class or program has started.
Refunds are only considered in special cases and must be requested before the start of the batch.
2.Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund only if:
You request it before the course start date.
The course is cancelled or postponed by Dreams Founder.
You paid the wrong amount or were charged more than once.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
If you have attended any class or accessed course material.
If you miss classes due to your personal schedule.
If you are unable to complete the course due to technical or internet issues on your side.
If you do not achieve desired results (e.g., job, freelancing income) — results depend on your effort and learning.
4. Batch Transfer Option
If you’re unable to attend your current batch:
You can request to transfer your enrollment to a future batch of the same course (within 60 days).
Batch transfer requests must be made before the second class.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible), contact us through:
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during registration.
